Super Bowl Snacks

Only about 30 hours until kickoff!  We all know the Super Bowl is about the food, commercials and the football game - in that order.  So do you know what you're eating yet?  I've had my menu planned for weeks days but in case you are scrambling last minute, here are some great ideas courtesy of my Pinterest boards!

+ Seven Layer Taco Dip is a "must" at any gathering for us.  I love that these are served in individual cups so there's no germ sharing going on!  If you do think sharing is caring, you could also serve this in a 9 x 11 dish.

+ Is there anything better than fried mozzarella balls?  These are served with a spicy marinara sauce... I'm drooling just thinking about it.

+ It wouldn't be the Super Bowl without something buffalo flavored.  Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower is not healthy, don't let it fool you, but it sure is tasty.  Don't forget to have sides of blue cheese and ranch!

+ These sweet and tangy meatballs have 3 ingredients and are made in the slow cooker.  Win for everyone!

+ Everyone loves lasagna and these Mini Lasagna Cups are so cute!  They use wontons instead of noodles and are baked in a cupcake tin.. super easy.

+ Puppy Chow is Nick and I's Super Bowl tradition.  We make it every year and we only make it once a year - the stuff is addicting.  This is the BEST puppy chow recipe!

+ Seriously, who doesn't like cookie dough?  These cookie dough bites require no baking and I'm pretty sure would be gone by the end of the first quarter.

What's on your Super Bowl menu?

  3. Holy moly love all of these ideas. The individual cups are a great idea for the seven layer dip. We're definitely having Velveeta with turkey sausage and Rotel tomorrow along with baked chicken nachos a la Home Sweet Ruby :)

  4. These all look sooo good! Especially those mozzerella balls-- YUM. I have been on the hunt for wonton shells to make taco cupcakes but haven't had luck at the grocery store near our house! Those lasagna ones look so good as well! I can see why you only make puppy chow once a year-- it's impossible not to eat the entire batch all at once!
