Cinco de Mayo Dinner

So I know everyone is probably going to be posting the same thing today... but I had to share our favorite Mexican dish again because it's just that good!  Click HERE for the best baked chicken taco recipe ever.  Really, I promise.

And don't forget to wash it down with one of these all natural, homemade margaritas - made with only real ingredients, sans any gross sugary, syrup-like mixes.  Enjoy!

What are you having for dinner tonight?

  5. Oh my this looks tasty! I've made baked chicken tacos before and it was the BEST thing. I'm off to check out your recipe to see if it was pretty similar. And I'm pretty sure a margarita is always the best compliment to any meal. ;) Happy Cinco de Mayo.

  11. Ha! This is the first Mexican food post I've seen today, so you're in luck! I don't make Mexican food anymore. When you live in Texas and can go out for a LEGIT taco that cost's less than a dollar, that's what you do! :)
