Drugstore Beauty Buys

I love few things more than strolling through Sephora or the Nordstrom beauty section and admiring/buying anything and everything.  But sometimes, you just don't want to spend that kind of money or you want to be able to pick up what you need on your grocery run.  That's where these products come in - ones that are all under $10, found at any drugstore and all work just as well (if not better) than their expensive counterparts.

ONE | Burt's Bees Cleansing Towelettes
I was way behind on the face wipe train but now I'm hooked.  I use these to wipe my makeup off before I wash my face and it leaves my skin feeling 100 times cleaner.  And let's be honest, some nights I'm a little too lazy and only use these.  I have sensitive skin and get nervous about trying products like this one but I've had no problems at all.

TWO | OPI Cajun Shrimp
Another one I can't believe it took me so long to try!  Cajun Shrimp is THE perfect summer red polish, I totally understand what it has a cult following.  You can never go wrong with OPI or Essie products in general.

THREE | Aussie 3 Minute Miracle
Softer, smoother hair in 3 minutes for $3.  Yes, please.  This stuff really works.  I also like to use it as a leave in conditioner when my hair is feeling super dry.

FOUR | L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara
You all know how much I l-o-v-e this mascara but it is pricey and on days that I'm not doing much, I like to use this L'Oreal one instead to save a bit of money.  It makes your lashes look natural but still gives them some definition.

FIVE | Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover
I've tried a lot of the expensive makeup removers but always come back to the Neutrogena.  It works just as well as any $30 version, doesn't irritate my eyes and seems to always be on sale.

SIX | EOS Shaving Cream
We've all heard and tried EOS's popular lip balms but did you know they make shaving cream as well?  I stumbled upon this in the grocery store a few months ago and have been hooked ever since.  Cute bottles, super moisturizing and my favorite part is that you can use it on wet or dry skin, without any bad shave rash.

Another great thing about drugstore beauty buys is that if a product doesn't work for you, you're not out a lot of money!  And if you purchase from Ulta, they'll almost always take anything back as long as you have the receipt.  So go out and try one of everything, guilt free :)   Let me know your favorites, too!

  13. The Aussie 3-minute-miracle is THE BEST! I have super frizzy hair, especially in the summer humidity, so I use it twice a week and it really works to smooth it out. And it doesn't hurt that all Aussie products smell amazing ;)

  24. Do those cleansing towelettes work to even take off mascara? I'm using Neutrogena wipes right now, and they are a little harsh, leaving my skin feeling a bit stingy.

  25. Great roundup, lady! I'm glad that you're enjoying the face wipes, and I love EOS shave cream! It smells good and gets the job done.

  29. I buy so many of my products at Target, except the ones that can only be found at Ulta or Nordstrom. Its so easy to just grab them as I'm getting my groceries. I think I need to try the Burt's Bees wipes and the Aussie hair conditioner. I have not tried them.

  35. That EOS shaving cream is soooo good. However, I find that the pump is super low quality. I love the product, but it's hard to get the product out. It's happened to me twice now. I'm so disappointed.

I love cajun shrimp, too! That's my mom's favorite color of all time.
