Healthy Eats

Does anyone else feel like all they have done since Thanksgiving is eat, eat, eat?  And although it's been tasty, it hasn't been healthy.  Thank goodness January brings a fresh start - I always like to start a new year off with a little detox in the kitchen.  No more greasy, deep fried stuff and hello to fresh fruits and veggies and protein.  I've rounded up a few of my favorite healthy eats that we have made and love below - you'll see that we're big fans of Skinny Taste.  Make sure to let me know what yours are, too!  I'm always look for new, delicious recipes to try!

  20. I've always wanted to try acai bowls so you'll have to share a recipe if you find a good one. They seem so refreshing and delicious. I'm craving all the fruits and salads I can get my hands on. Hoping to make another Sams run to stock up on produce this week.

  24. I ate so much junk that by the time Christmas was over I was actually CRAVING fruits and veggies. Now, I love fruits and veggies all the time - but usually I'll pick pizza over them. I LITERALLY PICKED VEGGIES OVER PIZZA! lol
