Does anyone else feel like all they have done since Thanksgiving is eat, eat, eat? And although it's been tasty, it hasn't been healthy. Thank goodness January brings a fresh start - I always like to start a new year off with a little detox in the kitchen. No more greasy, deep fried stuff and hello to fresh fruits and veggies and protein.
