So a little confession: I've actually never been a big fan of Mexican food. UNTIL, I got pregnant and now I'm alllll about it. Tacos, nachos, quesadillas, guac (especially guac)... you name it. We have this little place by our house that we've been frequenting the last few months and I can't wait to see if this new-found love for Mexican will stick around after baby is here. Either way, I'm pretty sure these cravings have been the best thing that ever happened to Nick ;)

Serve with a side of guacamole, Mexican or cilantro lime rice and you can't forget a classic margarita. This is my go-to marg recipe because it's made with only real ingredients and none of that sugary, syrupy stuff.
