Happy Things

Happy Friday! So many good things going on around here... let's get right into it!

My newest obsession: cold brew coffee. I found a bottle of THIS at Target on clearance, so I grabbed it and it's delicious. In a cute MASON JAR with a splash of creamer and a cute straw. A nice little afternoon nap time treat.

The BEAUTIFUL weather we are having is making me beyond happy. Well, were having anyway. It's 43 degrees outside as I type this, but it's seriously been so nice. It was 80 on Wednesday! We've been spending lots of time outside - plenty of walks with Brady boy, Hadley played on her first swing set, getting ice cream with friends, rocking cute BABY ROMPERS - and it has me so so excited for summer. Can't believe Monday is May 1st! We're so close!

Two things I'm loving lately. These SHORTS from Gap, I picked them up in the store this week and am obsessed. Although a little salty that they're on sale for $15 online now! I'm going back tomorrow to get a couple more colors. And this ARGAN OIL. I've had it forever, but found it in my makeup drawer this week (why are those things like a black hole) and I've been using it as moisturizer at night and it's been making my face all kinds of glowy and soft. The price is a little steep, so once it's gone, I plan on picking up this much cheaper FACE OIL. Look at all those reviews!

My new HERB GARDEN is like my new favorite thing. One thing that drives me insane is buying a bunch of herbs, using like two clips of them, and then the rest of the bunch going bad and me throwing it away. What a waste. This is going to be so much better... if only I can keep it alive. I've got basil, cilantro and parsley in there right now. Accepting any advice ;)

Ps. this idea came from Garvin & Co. - check out her post on planting tips!

  9. I'm loving your little herb garden! I've been meaning to do that the past couple years, but I'm not sure where to put the container so it gets enough sunlight. We use cilantro like crazy, so it would be nice to just have it accessible! Off to check out those Gap shorts ... have a wonderful weekend!
